Will Congressman Rigell Contribute to E.W. Jackson? He Has Before.

Congressman Scott Rigell announced that he’ll be voting for extremist E.W. Jackson to become Virginia’s next Lt. Governor – the latest in a string of moves by Congressman Rigell to put partisanship and broken politics over Virginia values.

Now the residents of Hampton Roads deserve to know: Will Congressman Rigell be donating to E.W. Jackson’s campaign? Congressman Rigell has donated to Jackson’s causes in the past –donating to the right-wing Family foundation of Virginia while E.W. Jackson served as the group’s fundraiser.

“Congressman Rigell and E.W. Jackson have both pursued an extreme agenda that is out of touch with Virginia’s values, so will Rigell donate to Jackson’s efforts again?” asked David Bergstein of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. “Congressman Rigell has already donated to E.W. Jackson once. The residents of Hampton Roads deserve to know just how deep Congressman Rigell’s support for Jackson’s extremist campaign goes.”
