Tedisco’s Silence States the Obvious: Career Albany Politician Puts Felons First

With the Post Star reporting that the Tedisco campaign did "not have a response to criticism regarding campaign contributions" from convicted felon David Silipigno, it's obvious that career Albany politician Jim Tedisco puts what's best for his campaign contributors before what's best for Upstate.

"Jim Tedisco is the same career Albany politician who refuses to support President Obama's economic recovery legislation, racks up $21,000 in taxpayer funded gasoline expenses, and accepts pay raises while voting for 221 tax increases to bankroll his perks.  Jim Tedisco's silence about putting his felon campaign contributor who was convicted of mortgage fraud before what's best for Upstate New Yorkers speaks volumes about his priorities," said Jennifer Crider, Communications Director for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. "Upstate homeowners can't afford to have career Albany politician Jim Tedisco's felon-supporting ways in Washington," she added.
