New FL-10 Poll Show Dan Webster Extremely Vulnerable, Chief Val Demings Within Striking Distance

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee today released a new Global Strategy Group poll showing Congressman Daniel Webster (FL-10) extremely vulnerable and below 50 percent in the initial head-to-head.  In fact, Congressman Webster only holds a 5 point lead with his support in the mid-40s (Webster 46% vs. Demings 41%).

As more voters learn more about former Police Chief Val Demings, she improves her position in the head-to-head match-up.

“While former Police Chief Val Demings has proven that she’s a tough no-sense leader, Congressman Dan Webster has proven that he’s just another career politician looking out for lobbyists and special interests instead of middle class Floridians and seniors,” said Stephanie Formas of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. “Congressman Daniel Webster is extremely vulnerable for his disastrous record in Washington that ends Medicare making seniors pay more for health care in order to protect tax breaks for the ultra wealthy and special interests.”
